* WHAT...Snow expected above 4000 feet. There is a likelihood of
moderate winter weather impacts. Total snow accumulations of 1 to
4 inches below 5000 feet, 6 to 10 inches at pass level and over 12
inches in the high terrain.

* WHERE...Elk City and Dixie.

* WHEN...From 5 PM Wednesday to 11 AM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...For MODERATE winter weather impacts, expect disruptions
to normal activities. Hazardous traveling conditions. Use extra
caution while driving. Closures and disruptions to infrastructure
may occur. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday
evening and Thursday morning commutes, especially over higher
passes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lower elevation snow accumulations are most
likely Thursday night.
