* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Snow accumulations up to 3 inches.
Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE...Central and Southern Valley and McCone Counties.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM MDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities will drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact this morning's commute. Gusty winds could
bring down tree branches.

Recommendations

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with
