* WHAT...Flooding caused by a potential break of the Cement Lake Dam
in west El Paso is possible.
* WHERE...Areas below Cement Lake Dam in west El Paso
* WHEN...Until midnight MDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...If a dam failure at Cement Lake occurs, flooding may
impact portions of Loop-375, Paisano Drive, and Doniphan Drive.

Recommendations
You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
Enhance flows may occur on the Rio Grande down to the American
Diversion Dam, including along Brickland Road. Low water levels in
the Rio Grande will mitigate impacts. Razor wire in the flood plain
at the Cement Lake outlet could be entangled with debris.
