Jincheng Meteorological Observatory issues orange hail warning [Level II/Severe]

At 17:10 on April 26, 2026, the Jincheng Meteorological Observatory changed the orange hail warning signal to the southern part of Gaoping City, southwestern part of Lingchuan County, eastern and northern parts of Zezhou County. It is expected that hail weather may occur in the warning area in the next 6 hours, which may cause hail disasters. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention. Defense Guidelines: 1. The government and relevant departments should carry out emergency measures to prevent hail according to their responsibilities; Outdoor pedestrians should immediately take shelter in a safe place; Drive away poultry and livestock into covered areas, and properly protect outdoor items or equipment such as cars that are susceptible to hail attacks; 4. Pay attention to defending against lightning disasters accompanied by hail weather.
