The Golmud Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for blizzards at 20:25 on April 26th: it is expected that from 20:25 on the 26th to 08:25 on the 27th, there will be heavy snow to blizzards on the 109 National Highway from Kaixinling to Bumad. Relevant units and personnel are requested to be prepared for prevention.
Recommendations
1. The government and relevant departments shall prepare for snow and frost prevention in accordance with their responsibilities; 2. Relevant departments shall conduct inspections and maintenance of roads, railways, and power facilities, and carry out road cleaning and snow melting work; 3.
