At 10:00 am on April 27, 2026, the Ando County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: Due to snowfall weather, it is expected that the Ando section of National Highway 109 and some high-altitude sections will form or be prone to road snow and icing in the next 24 hours. Snow blowing can easily lead to reduced visibility, and there will still be snowfall weather in the next 24 hours, which will have a negative impact on road traffic safety. Please strengthen prevention. Defense measures: 1. It is recommended that relevant departments such as transportation do a good job in road traffic maintenance and guidance; 2. Drivers should take anti-skid measures, drive slowly, and ensure road traffic safety.
