At 314 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists were tracking
a strong thunderstorm over Lely Resort, or 8 miles southeast of
Naples, moving west at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 45 to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Naples, Marco Island, Golden Gate Estates, Belle Meade, Marco Island
Airport, Naples Manor, Golden Gate, East Naples, Lely Resort, West
Toll Gate On Alligator Alley, Vineyards, Royal Palm Hammock, Naples
Park, North Naples, Pelican Bay, Lely, Rookery Bay Aquatic Preserve,
Fiddlers Creek, and Goodland.

storm passes.
