* At 804 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 11 nm north of
Smith Shoal Light, moving west at 5 knots.
HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots, suddenly higher
waves, frequent lightning, and heavy downpours.
* The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
