* WHEN...Until 1000 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 844 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported high water on US-23
near the border of Pike and Ross Counties. Additional high water
reports were also noted on SR-124. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches
are possible.

Waverly, Piketon, Marshall, Bainbridge, Pike Lake, Kincaid
Springs, Cynthiana, Highland Holiday, Belfast, Sinking Spring,
Buchanan, Idaho, Summithill, Elm Grove, Lake White, Poplar Grove,
Scioto Trail State Park, Pike County Airport, Omega and Linn.
