* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 1050 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible.

Cincinnati, Fort Thomas, Newport, Loveland, Highland Heights,
Milford, Taylor Mill, Bellevue, Dayton, Southgate, Forestville,
Amelia, Wilder, Williamsburg, Terrace Park, Batavia, Silver
Grove, Melbourne and Withamsville.
