Rainfall amounts will be highly variable across the region. Rain will taper to scattered showers after midnight.

Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas. Visibility will likely be suddenly reduced at times.

Don't drive through flooded roadways. Watch for washouts near rivers, creeks and culverts.
