* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Some roads
remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1045 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain had fell
in the warned area from thunderstorms earlier today. Flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 3 inches of
rain fell earlier today.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Glenville, Grantsville, West Union, Cedar Creek State Park,
Arnoldsburg, Sand Fork, Pullman, Auburn, Coxs Mills, Newberne,
Troy, Baldwin, Linn, Tanner, Leopold, Grove, Berea, Burnt House,
Stouts Mills and Alum Bridge.
- This includes Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 48
and 62.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
