At 616 PM MST /716 PM MDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain had
ended across the warned area. Between 1.25 and 2.25 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly
as a result of runoff from this earlier heavy rain.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
normally dry washes, streets and underpasses.
