The Huairou District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning for strong winds at 20:20 on the 27th. It is expected that from early morning to afternoon on the 28th, Huairou District will experience northerly winds of level 3 or 4, gusts of level 6 or 7, and local gusts of level 8 or above in mountainous areas.
