* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures of 29 to 32 are possible in the
valleys. Along with the sub-freezing temperatures, frost formation
is likely.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast
Kentucky.

* WHEN...From late Saturday night through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
