The Flood Advisory will expire at 430 AM CDT early this morning for
a portion of South Central Texas, including the following areas,
Edwards, Kerr, Kinney, Real, and Uvalde.

The heavy rain has ended. Small stream flooding is no longer
expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road
closures.
