At 17:45 on April 12, 2026, the Mingshui County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that in the next 24 hours, the average wind force in Mingshui Town, Guangrong Township, Fanrong Township, Yongxing Town, Shuren Township, Yongjiu Township, Xingren Town, Chongde Town, Tongda Town, Yulin Township, Tongquan Township, and Shuangxing Town will be 5-6 levels, with gusts of 7-8 levels. Relevant units and individuals are advised to take preventive measures.
