Details

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Guam, Rota, Saipan and Tinian.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- - Typhoon Sinlaku is expected to approach the Marianas over
the
next 24 to 36 hours, crossing the islands on Tuesday, with
rainfall amounts upwards of 15 to 20 inches possible near the
center.

- With a further north track, 6 to 12 inches, with locally
higher amounts, are more probable for Guam.
