Iowa River at Wapello affecting Louisa County.
Iowa River at Marengo affecting Benton and Iowa Counties.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S.
* WHEN...Until early Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, overbank flooding occurs. Water affects
residences along the river between Wheatland and Calamus. Water
affects businesses along the river near Calamus.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.4 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:30 AM CDT Sunday was 12.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to crest at 12.4 feet today.
It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday morning.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
