...The National Weather Service in Marquette has issued a Flood
Advisory for the following rivers in Michigan...

Middle Branch Escanaba River at Humboldt affecting Marquette
County.

.Warming temperatures will accelerate snowmelt early this week.
Flows in rivers will increase quickly and could rise into Flood
Warning. Rainfall is expected to continue during this time period,
which could result in rivers rising above the current forecast.

* WHAT...Elevated river levels caused by rain and snowmelt are
occurring.

* WHERE...Middle Branch Escanaba River at Humboldt.

* WHEN...From this morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 6.5 feet, County Road FX begins to flood
At 7.0 feet, Water reaches the bottom of the County Road FX bridge
At 8.0 feet, Water reaches the bottom of the County Road FX bridge

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:15 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 3.4 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 5.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 5.8 feet early Wednesday
afternoon. It will then fall to 5.7 feet early Thursday
morning. It will rise to 6.2 feet Saturday evening. It will
then fall again and remain below flood stage.
- Action stage is 6.0 feet.
- Flood stage is 6.5 feet.
