The Suiyang County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow lightning warning signal at 0:01 on April 13, 2026: It is expected that scattered thunderstorms will occur in towns such as Yangchuan, Zhengchang, Puchang, and Fenghua in our county in the next 6 hours. Thunderstorms may be accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, strong winds, and other severe convective weather. Please take precautions.
