The Lin an District Meteorological Observatory in Hangzhou issued a yellow warning signal for heavy fog at 05:35 on April 13, 2026: It is expected that there will be thick fog with visibility less than 500 meters in towns (streets) such as Qingliangfeng, Longgang, Changhua, and Jinbei in our district from this morning to this morning. Relevant units and personnel are required to prepare for the situation, and drivers should pay attention to the changes in thick fog, drive carefully, and pay attention to traffic safety.
