The Huaxi District Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow lightning warning signal at 01:41 on April 13, 2026: It is expected that there will be lightning activity in the urban areas of Huaxi, Economic Development Zone, Jiu an, Shiban, Maiping, and Mengguan in the next 6 hours. Thunderstorms may be accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, strong winds, hail, and other strong convective weather. It is recommended not to carry out outdoor activities in open areas and to be cautious of lightning strikes; Pay attention to preventing adverse effects caused by short-term heavy rainfall, strong winds, hail, etc; Relevant units should refer to the meteorological disaster prevention guidelines to do a good job in prevention.
