Details

* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 kt. Occasional gusts 35 kt through
to night. Seas 11 to 13 feet, decreasing to 10 to 12 feet Monday
night.

* WHERE...Chuuk Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM ChST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Super Typhoon Sinlaku is about 305 miles north-
northwest of Chuuk, and continues to move north-northwest away
from Chuuk Lagoon. Seas and winds will remain hazardous to small
craft operations through at least Tuesday morning, as Sinlaku
continues to move away the region.

Recommendations

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
