* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 204 Eastern Panhandle/Crescent
Lake NWR, Fire Weather Zone 206 Sandhills/Valentine NWR/Nebraska
National Forest and Fire Weather Zone 208 Niobrara Valley/Fort
Niobrara NWR/Samuel R McKelvie National Forest.

* For the Red Flag Warning...it has been allowed to expire at 8 PM
CDT. A Fire Weather Watch remains in effect Monday afternoon.

* TIMING...Monday, Noon CDT / 11 AM MDT through 10 PM CDT / 9 PM
MDT.

* WINDS...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY....Falling into the teens during the afternoon
hours Monday.
