Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast to begin later this morning. This exceeds the flood of
record.

* WHERE...Boardman River near Mayfield--Brown Bridge Rd.

* WHEN...From this morning to early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Water begins to impact Brown Bridge Rd
around Ranch Rudolf.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:15 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 7.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 6.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 6:15 AM EDT Tuesday was 7.8 feet.
