The Xifeng County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow lightning warning signal at 23:01 on April 16, 2026: It is expected that there will be lightning activity in towns (streets) such as Shidong, Qingshan, Jiuzhuang, Luwo, Xishan, Yongjing, Yongyang, Xiaozhaiba, Liuchang, Wenquan, and Yanglongsi in our county in the next 6 hours. Thunderstorms may be accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, strong winds, hail and other severe convective weather. Please be careful not to carry out outdoor activities in open areas and take precautions against lightning strikes; Pay attention to preventing adverse effects caused by short-term heavy rainfall, strong winds, hail, etc; Please refer to the meteorological disaster prevention guidelines for relevant units and personnel to do a good job in disaster prevention and reduction.
