buildings near Stryker and flood some secondary roads.

ending at 11:00 AM EDT Friday was 12.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 13.4 feet Sunday morning.
It will then fall Monday evening. It will rise to 13.0 feet
Tuesday morning. It will then fall again but remain above
flood stage.

Recommendations
